When you use Fundlytech, we collect the following data with your consent:

Data you approve is protected with end-to-end encryption before being sent to our own servers at https://fundlytech.com/api. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use your data only to provide and improve Fundlytech services:
- To create and secure your account
- To automatically categorize transactions from SMS alerts (Android only, with your permission)
- To generate spending insights, charts, and budget summaries
- To detect suspicious activity and protect your account
- To troubleshoot crashes and improve app performance
- To communicate important service updates
We do not use your financial data for advertising profiling, and we do not share it with data brokers.
We protect your information using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
We use a limited set of third-party services to help us understand app usage and improve performance:
AppsFlyer SDK
→ Collects: Advertising ID (GAID/IDFA), device model, OS version, carrier, IP address, and app install/engagement events.
→ Does NOT collect: financial data, SMS content, or your phone number.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the following rights:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your data under certain conditions.

Withdraw consent to processing at any time.
Right to File a Complaint
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
Right to Data Portability
Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
You can delete your Fundlytech account at any time through the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account, or via our web deletion form at https://fundlytech.com/delete-account (no login required).
Once confirmed, we will permanently erase your personal data from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Backup copies are removed according to our standard retention schedule.
Fundlytech is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Typically:
- Account data is kept while your account is active
- Transaction data is retained for service continuity and reporting
- Device and analytics data is retained for up to 24 months
After account deletion, personal identifiers are removed within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law.
